Content Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

1. General rule

ReelSeed is designed for general-audience faceless short-form content. Users must not submit prompts or ideas that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, explicit, or unsafe.

2. Restricted content

ReelSeed may reject, block, or fail generation requests that appear to involve restricted or sensitive content, including but not limited to:

  • sexual or explicit content;
  • graphic violence, gore, or shocking events;
  • hate, harassment, or extremist content;
  • dangerous, illegal, or self-harm related instructions;
  • minors, children, or sensitive depictions involving young people;
  • real-person identity, impersonation, or misleading likeness use;
  • political persuasion or manipulative public-interest content;
  • medical, legal, or financial claims presented as advice;
  • copyrighted brands, logos, or protected characters used improperly.

3. Safer prompting

Use neutral, general-audience ideas. Prefer fictional, symbolic, educational, product, atmospheric, or faceless visual concepts. Avoid names of real people, sensitive events, graphic topics, and risky claims.

4. Enforcement

If a request appears to violate this policy, ReelSeed may reject the generation, return an error, mark the project as failed, or restrict account access in cases of repeated misuse.

5. Credits

Credits are intended to be consumed only after successful render completion. Failed requests caused by content restrictions should not consume render credits.
