Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal when available.

2. Credits

Credits are used for successful video renders. Credits are not consumed for renders that fail before successful completion.

3. Refund requests

Refunds may be reviewed case by case. We generally do not guarantee refunds after a subscription has been used or credits have been consumed, unless required by applicable law or a payment provider policy.

4. Failed generations

If a generation fails before successful render completion, the related credits should not be consumed. If you believe credits were incorrectly consumed, contact support for review.

5. Abuse and policy violations

Refunds may be refused where the service was used in violation of the Terms of Service, Content Policy, or applicable law.

6. Payment provider handling

Depending on the payment setup, refunds may be processed through the payment provider used at checkout. Processing times may vary.
